We are seeking a detail-oriented, multi-tasked individual to support our Research Operations team. Candidate will be primarily responsible for assisting Senior Project Executive in all aspects of online market research projects.

Excellent opportunity for recent college graduate or someone with minimal experience to gain entry into the market research industry!

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with the Project Directors on various project functions such as:
• Reviewing surveys
• Testing online surveys
• Sending bulk email invitations to panel members
• Providing project updates to Senior Project Executive and Account Directors
• Checking data files and other client deliverables
• Interpretation and presentation of the survey findings DO NOT form part of the Market Research Assistant role

Qualifications:

• Minimum tertiary education in a business discipline
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word & Excel) is a must
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in fieldwork management or market research is a plus
• Meticulous with an eye for detail
• Strong organizational & planning skills

Desirable:

• Two years experience
• Experienced client contact
