Requirements:

It is anticipated that the candidate will have at least three years mainstream research experience with a good understanding of traditional research and basic survey methods and data collection techniques. Experience in online research is an advantage.

The successful candidate will be primarily working with the Research Operations Team.

Responsibilities:

Work with the Research Operations staff on various project functions such as:

• Support in non-billable research work
• Project Management
• Client liaison / servicing
• Survey scheduling and set-up
• Sample specification
• Writing and sending survey invitations
• Survey monitoring
• Data checking and validation
• Provide support with data preparation, panel care-handling queries from panel members, and incentive fulfillment
• Other essential tasks as assigned
