Account Director - based in the UK
We are seeking an energetic candidate with excellent business development/prospecting skills to generate revenue, and provide high level of support to existing client.
Requirements:
- Strong business development and client service skills
- Track record for business development with existing clients
- Excellent communication skills (proposal writing and presentations)
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop and nurture client relationships on an ongoing basis
- Solid market research expertise and experience (4 years plus)
- Design studies to meet client needs
- Familiar with analytical techniques
- Team player & leader
- Work well with internal support groups to manage and guide research studies
- International management:
- Experience in training staff
- Motivate and monitor staff (remotely)
- Quality focused
- Represent the Company
- Ensure research process and deliverables are of highest quality
Responsibilities:
- Promote consumer panels for current and prospective end-user clients
- Assist in developing new business/product ideas
- Oversee handling of research projects at a high level to stay informed of key tasks and deadlines
- Work with Operations team to ensure successful execution and completion of projects
- Participate in project team kick-off and debriefing meetings for appropriate projects
- Develop, implement and improve standardized workflow processes between client and company
- Administrative duties including updating database and reporting
