Qualifications:

• Must have a strong combination of creative and technical skills
• Must be proficient in the following applications / languages:
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML, Java, XML, Perl, CGI, C , Word and Powerpoint
• Strong skills in Graphic/Web design and implementation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Implement changes to Lightspeed's Intranet
• Ensure consistent style and execution in all sites
Responsible for ensuring that all pages are tested and working flawlessly at all times
• Produce all internal written communications for the company Intranet based on information sourced by the internal departments
• Departments include: Administration, Operation, Finance, IT, Sales and Marketing
• Work with Marketing to develop internal updates on the competitive environment
• Maintain knowledge on all of the latest HTML specifications and web development
• Research and recommend web development options
• Assist team in various graphical design and Web-based projects as necessary
• Assist in development of internal company presentations
